Planning Board
The following three boards meet on a scheduled basis in a public forum under the conditions of the Public Officers
Law.  At each meeting, the DRAFT minutes from the prior meeting are read, any corrections made and subsequent
APPROVAL given.  Approved Minutes will appear within 48 hours of approval.  Each board's minutes are in PDF
format for easy reading and, if you wish, printing.  All you need to do is click on the applicable minutes.  
Tri-Board
The Tri-Board meets quarterly with the customary venue being the Superintendent's Office at the Portville Central
School.  The Tri-Board is comprised of members of the PCSD Board, Village Board and Town Board wherein
each board has less than a quorum of members attend.  In any instance where a quorum of members of any one
board is desired, this meeting mus, in accordance with Public Officers Law, be publicly announced and space
made available for the public to attend.
